- Rodent – Inspecting properties for the presence of rodents, installing (as well as monitoring) bait stations, trapping, bait or pest removals, sealing points of entry, and sanitization.
- Insects – Focusing inspections, trapping, poisoning, and applying treatments to address a specific type of insect; for example, heat or chemicals for bed bugs, barriers and baits for termites, and fogging for mosquitoes.
