• Case Management – Managing the case timelines and deadlines, including coordinating with opposing parties, scheduling depositions, meetings, etc.
• Document Preparation – Preparing supporting documents and reports, including drafting and filing pleadings and motions.
• Trial Assistance – Overseeing the organization trial paperwork, organizing exhibits and evidence, and taking notes during proceedings.
