Services Provided

  • Initial Assessments – Conducting psychological evaluations to formally diagnose a client’s condition(s) based on their psychological and medical history, as well as interviews, often to develop viable treatment plans in the future.
  • Individual – Conducting sessions with individual clients to address mental health concerns (such as anxiety or depression); also includes supporting clients in achieving personal growth objectives.
  • Couples and Marriage – Counseling married or unmarried couples to overcome obstacles stemming from issues such as cohabitation, incompatibility, communication, conflict resolution, infidelity, and mental health.
  • Family – Offering counseling sessions to whole families (e.g., parents, children, siblings) to improve each member’s relationships by focusing on issues such as fostering a healthy family dynamic, childcare, and promoting interaction and accountability.
  • Group – Managing sessions of two or more clients facing similar mental health challenges (e.g., addiction) in which each member both seeks and offers support for their issues with fellow group members.
  • Teletherapy and Online Counseling – Conducting therapy sessions remotely, either via video (e.g., FaceTime) or by phone.
  • Crisis Intervention – Conducting unscheduled sessions upon need, request, or demand as a response to a client experiencing a mental health crisis; often a high-priority service.
  • Documentation – Creating and providing treatment summaries, clinical notes (and history), and verification letters to institutions such as schools or for legal procedures or actions at clients’ requests and in accordance with all governing laws.
