Painting Services

  • Interior – Prepping areas with tarps, tape, drop clothes and poly, then priming and painting interior walls, ceilings, cabinetry. 
  • Exterior – Power washing and cleaning, painting fences, decks, shutters, trim and outdoor walls (brick, stucco, wood). 
  • Consultation – Discussing color and paint options with clients, providing an estimate of the cost of supplies and labor. 
  • Drywall Preparation and Repair – Pre-paint preparation including patching holes, skimming with drywall mud, and sanding. 
  • Wallpaper Removal – Getting rid of out of date wallpaper via chemical soaking, spraying with water, or steaming.
  • Staining – Applying varnish or stain to wood surfaces, both inside and outside. Often involves sanding and applying multiple coats.

How to Write a Painting Invoice

  • Company name, address, and logo
  • Unique invoice number and date of issuance
  • Name and address of client
  • Cost of services
  • Cost of supplies (paint, brushes, rollers, etc.)
  • Subtotal, discounts/deposits, taxes, total amount owing
  • Payment terms (method, due date, bank account details)
