Common Services

  • Cooking – Preparing the children’s (and sometimes parent’s) breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the children. Can include school lunches and grocery shopping.
  • Transportation – Transporting children to and from school, sports practices, music lessons, playdates, and in some cases, accompanying the family on vacation. 
  • Tutoring – Helping with schoolwork, providing language, math, science, or other extracurricular lessons, ensuring homework is completed on time.
  • Housekeeping – Tidying up after playtime, returning the home to its original state. If agreed in advance, this can include laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and dusting. 
  • Scheduling – Organizing the children’s calendar, setting up playdates, coordinating trips, lessons, field trips, and other activities. 
  • Baby care – Changing diapers, putting the baby down for naps, washing and sterilizing bottles, reading out loud, laundry, etc.
