• Decluttering – Removing clutter to make the space seem larger. This often involves placing personal items in storage while the home is being shown.
• Neutralizing – Making the unit as universally appealing as possible by removing bold colors, unique styles, and exotic patterns.
• Furniture Rental – Renting furniture and decorations to create a uniform, modern aesthetic that will maximize interest.
• Staging – Coordinating movers to load in materials and set up the unit for photos. Includes outside improvements to enhance curb appeal.
• Destaging – After the home is sold, collecting all rental furniture and removing temporary items.
