- Construction – Building the appropriate walls (e.g., load-bearing) required for a safe structure and installing subfloor supports, trusses, and ceiling joists to support the floors, ceilings, and roof.
- Custom Framing – Installing specialty wood, steel, and prefabricated frames according to specific requirements, such as an exposed rustic timber frame.
- Repairs and Renovations – Removing rotting or otherwise damaged framing (e.g., sagging, mold, warped, etc.) so that new framing can be installed, reinforcing structural stability by strengthening load-bearing walls, and implementing renovations or additions to existing frames.
