Services Provided

  • Pre-Construction – Analyzing a site and reviewing feasibility studies and permit requirements in order to plan and design construction projects; this also includes tasks such as procurement planning.
  • General – Completing non-specialized construction building jobs that require project management, material procurement, safety compliance, logistics, and hiring labor (i.e., subcontractors).
  • Infrastructure and Civil – Building, upgrading, or renovating roadways, tunnels, railways, utility networks, and other specialized public structures; this can require land development.
  • Specialty Trade – Providing the site with licensed and professional construction services, such as HVAC installation, steelwork, masonry, plumbing and electrical, and custom installations.
  • Post-Construction – Making sure that all punch lists and final inspection requirements are met (i.e., waste disposal, site cleanup); at times, providing ongoing maintenance, renovations, or fulfilling warranty requirements.
