- Maintenance and Inspections – Evaluating the structure and function of the piping system, including faucets, backflow testing and prevention, and implementing camera inspections as needed; also, evaluating and ensuring compliance with local and federal building and safety codes.
- Water Heater – Installing, replacing, or upgrading units (e.g., replacing traditional models with tankless ones), repairing performance issues, and removing sediment by flushing the tanks; includes inspections.
- Drain Cleaning – Unclogging drains by finding and removing blockages from the pipework; deeper or more significant issues may require specialized procedures (e.g., camera inspections and hydro-jetting).
- Leak Repairs – Locating leaks in concealed and visible piping to address and repair issues, inspecting and replacing seals, and fixing leaky or dripping faucets.
- Toilet Repairs – Ensuring proper water flow from the pipes to a toilet or tank, such as fixing continuous flows, clearing flushing blockages, and replacing damaged or worn parts (e.g., fill valves).
- Faucet and Fixture – Installing, upgrading, or renovating faucets, showerheads, and other water fixtures; additionally, providing inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure consistent flow and temperature control and safe, compliant water pressure.
- Emergency Services – Responding to last-minute repair requests, such as fixing a pipe that has suddenly burst.
